SUPPORT THE CULINARY TEAM: COOK POSITION

At Socarrat, we are looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team and assist in the preparation of exceptional Spanish dishes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their culinary skills in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare Delicious Dishes: Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of flavor, quality, and presentation.

Follow Recipes and Standards: Work closely with the kitchen team to follow recipes and maintain consistency across all dishes.

Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and workstations are organized, clean, and ready for service.

Support the Team: Work under the guidance of the Chef and other senior kitchen staff, assisting with various tasks as needed.

Ensure Efficiency: Help with the timely preparation and plating of dishes to keep service running smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
