WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the Kitchen: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to policies and standards.
Control Costs: Manage food and labor budgets to maximize efficiency and quality.
Craft Memorable Menus: Collaborate with the team to create innovative dishes that highlight Spanish cuisine.
Inspire Excellence: Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, communicative work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: At least 3 years in a professional kitchen; knowledge of Spanish cuisine is essential.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
Leadership: Proven team management and communication skills.
Flexibility: Availability for weekends, holidays, and high-pressure shifts.
