CLEANING UP AFTER THE SERVICE: PORTER POSITION

At Socarrat, we are seeking a Porter who will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas at the end of the day. This role is essential in maintaining a well-prepared and organized space, allowing our team to be ready for the next service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Cleaning Duties: Ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas are cleaned thoroughly after service.

Organizing: Place items in their proper locations, ensuring that storage areas are neat and orderly.

Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and ensure that recycling and trash are handled efficiently.

Restocking: Help replenish supplies and ingredients, preparing the kitchen for the following day.

Maintain Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep the kitchen and workspaces sanitized and safe for the team.
