WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive Excellence: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service, operations, and hospitality.
Manage Resources: Handle food and labor costs, reservations, and overall financial performance.
Lead the Team: Foster a respectful and team-oriented environment while motivating staff to deliver exceptional results.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to and maintain safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
Collaborate: Work closely with team members to meet property and equipment maintenance goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: At least 1-2 years in restaurant management, with proven knowledge of food cost systems and budgets.
Skills: Proficient in service programs, restaurant software, and dining room operations.
Certifications: DOH Food Certificate (preferred).
Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Personality: Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a passion for team growth and guest satisfaction.
