WHAT YOU'LL DO

Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare a variety of drinks, from signature cocktails to Spanish wines, with precision and consistency.

Engage with Guests: Create memorable experiences by providing attentive and personalized service.

Maintain Standards: Ensure the bar area is organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate: Work alongside the team to enhance the overall dining atmosphere.

Manage Inventory: Assist with restocking and keeping inventory in check for seamless operations.

Adapt and Support: Take on additional duties as needed, contributing to the success of the restaurant.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: At least 2 years of bartending in fast-paced settings.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of mixology, craft cocktails, and beverage pairings.

Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and guest-focused service.

Attitude: Positive energy, teamwork, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Flexibility: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
